Betaine Hydrochloride (HCL) is a type of alkaloid which may alleviate cases of heartburn by increasing the level of Hydrochloric Acid in the stomach. It can be  used to aid digestion and increase energy levels 
 
Suggested Use
1-2 capsules per day with meals.
Do not use if you have gastritis, stomach ulcers or excess acidity.
